With an international career in media and photography, Tinari is a multidisciplinary practitioner with nearly three decades of experience across Australia, London, Europe and the Middle East.

Bringing together strategy, storytelling and audience engagement. She has contributed to major international platforms including Art Dubai, Dubai Design Week, Downtown Design, Dubai Fashion Council and Design Days Dubai.

Tinari is Creative Director of Perth Sky Sculpture Park, a community-driven cultural initiative positioning contemporary sculpture within the landscape of the Perth Hills.

Sandra’s commercial work extends to digital ventures, including the development and launch of Dubai’s Viya App — a hospitality and loyalty platform generating over AUD $54 million in annual revenue and more than 120,000 users within three years.

She was also part of the founding team for the university, Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI), established in partnership with MIT and Parsons School of Design, and has worked across major hotels, from conceptual development, naming and branding to marketing operations from bars, restaurants, gyms and leisure.

Sectors of experience span arts and design, destinations, hospitality, real estate, financial services and engineering.

Sandra’s writing and photography have been widely published internationally, such as in London’s Financial Times, Sunday Times and a long-running arts and design column for Emirates Airline’s Open Skies magazine.

Based in Western Australia, Sandra continues to work across selected commercial and cultural projects through Bleach Romeo.
